TERMS & CONDITIONS

Price: All prices are quoted FOB Hong Kong / Yan Tian, China net in US$ per set, based on full 20ft or 40ft container qty per model. Mixed models in a container are acceptable subject to reasonable quantity per model. All prices are subject to market and exchange rate fluctuations between HK$7.75~7.80 = US$1.00

Samples: Samples are available on request and payment of samples charges along with mailing and handling charges. Please read terms and conditions for ordering samples in our samples sales invoice.

Minimum order: Our prices are quoted net FOB Hong Kong based on basis of full 20ft container or 40ft container qty per model or mixed models in containers. Orders less than containers are subject to surcharge a of US$250.00, being consolidation and transportation charges for arranging LCL shipments.

Packaging: Logo printing and brands: All our models are supplied in our brand name in our choice of colors and packaging designs according to our market survey with our experienced buyers. Buyer own brands are acceptable subject to minimum order of container qty, but not less than 3000 sets per model: subject to to artwork, color seperation, and additional printing costs if any; these costs vary on a case by case basis.

Delivery: 45-60-75 days for normal qty orders, larger qty orders or buyers own brand name or special requirements from buyers, delivery is subject to 60-120 days.

Terms of Payment: For Samples orders or any order under US$15,000.00 buyers are requested to remit this amount by T.T. to our bankers for our company account. Over US$15,000.00, buyers are requested to open clean L/C at sight, valid for 15 days beyond shipment dates.

AC operated items: All price are quoted in normal standard and normal AC cords for any AC operated item. Buyers requiring AC operated items to be specially approved for respective country approvals or to be supplied with special AC cords are subject to surcharge.

Quality Standard: Our products are made in international military standards A.Q.L. (acceptable quality levels) of 2.5% major and 4% minor. Experienced importers will take this into their marketing planning. We do not provide after sales service or spare parts. However buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments.

Warranty: We do not provide after service or spare parts. However buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments.

Legalities: Legal jurisdiction for interpretation of these terms and conditions is Hong Kong.
